We’d like to hear much more about you, but here is a little about us to help break the ice.

BRUCE

In early 2009, J. Bruce Barrow co-founded GreenerDM. He is the principal partner overseeing client relationships, sales, value-chain partnerships, execution and finance. Bruce had been operating as an independent print broker and advisor, printing and mailing sustainably, for 20 years. He has had the opportunity in his career to work with such marketing agencies as McCann Erickson, Hal Riney Partners, Grey Advertising, Publicis-Dialog and Vicom-FCB with whom he partnered, produced and managed campaigns for clients such as McDonalds, IBM, Informix, Peoplesoft, Google and Verisign Bruce's direct client list includes Oracle, Wells Fargo Bank, HP, Mercury Interactive and Insight Schools/The Apollo Group.

Prior to becoming an independent broker and advisor, Bruce anchored the sales staff that helped establish Watermark Press as an innovative quality oriented printing company. Before Watermark Press, Bruce spent time learning the Printing and Mailing business as an Account Executive from both the buying side at Diablo Country Magazine (now Diablo Magazine) and Peter Wells Press, a high end printer based in San Francisco. Prior to entering the realm of printing, mailing and marketing Bruce spent time in the Radio and Music industries. His time in the Music industry, where he traveled extensively throughout the US, Europe and Japan. It was the time spent in Europe and Japan that got Bruce to realize that the people there lived a much more sustainable life than the people in the United States and planted the seed for the eventual founding of GreenerDM.

MARTY

Martin focuses on marketing, operations, technology, and partner and sustainability strategy. Before co-founding GreenerDM, Martin was the Director of Production Services at Saatchi & Saatchi S where he oversaw all projects, project costs, and profitability while providing strategic insight to teams working with clients such as Wal-Mart, Procter & Gamble, Frito-Lay, Green Giant and Wellpoint. Prior to coming on to Saatchi & Saatchi S, Martin was Senior Production Manager at Publicis Dialog where he was responsible for the purchasing relations and production of marketing campaigns for clients such as Sprint, HP, Microsoft, and WebEx. His fifteen years in the advertising and marketing industry has afforded him the opportunity to serve in both the production and creative capacities for other agencies such as McCann Erickson, Arc Worldwide, Venables Bell, and Highway 1.

Martin is also a board member of Oakland Digital Arts & Literacy Center, a non-profit with the mission to educate, inspire, and empower low-income communities to participate in the digital economy.

He has an MBA in Sustainability from Presidio Graduate School where he has tutored two classes: Principles of Sustainable Management and Implementation of Sustainability in Business. He is also certified by the Global Reporting Initiative as a sustainability reporter.

KARIE

Karie has worked for over 14 years across the full spectrum of marketing communications disciplines. Karie’s drive to understand our Clients’ specific business challenges give her insight to recommend advertising and marketing strategies that will propel Clients past their immediate, and longer term, business hurdles. Karie’s vision, thought-leadership and innovative approach to the development of multi-disciplinary communications make her a natural leader and sought after Client partner.

Karie believes in building relationships with Clients that last and strives to deliver innovation, ingenuity and results on every project.

GREGG

Motivated and conceptually driven by the big picture, Gregg possesses a natural blend of business sensibility and artistic talent; a combination that balances real world practicalities with smart aesthetic solutions.

As a seasoned Creative Director, Gregg has developed a broad skill set and is adept in both traditional and new media. Visual communication and his ability to write imaginatively while thinking strategically are his strong suits. His curious nature and a strong sense of humor serve to keep his work fresh.
